Demir Hayat Group B.V.
Demir Hayat Group B.V. is a holding company based in Netherlands, which was founded on 14 April 2016 under registration no. 65824962 in Netherlands to acquire Demir Sağlık ve Hayat Sigorta A.Ş. shares and its address is “Haaksbergweg 71, Suite 3,1101 BR, Amsterdam, Netherlands”. The Company has no business operation other than this acquisition. The entire shareholding of Demir Hayat Group B.V. is owned by EMF NEIF Cooperatif U.A., a company organized according to Dutch law on 12 August 2013 and which is responsible to hold the shares of EMF NEIF affiliates.
EMF New Europe Insurance Fund (“EMF NEIF” or “Fund”)
EMF NEIF is an investment fund based in the United Kingdom and organized to invest in insurance and related industries in Eastern Europe, which are non-member states to EU, in particular, in Turkey. Among the investors of the fund are "Gothaer", the German Insurance Group, DEG, the German Development Bank, "FMO", the Dutch Development Bank and "EBRD" European Council Development Bank and the total investment committed by these investors is around 90 million American dollars.
